My name is Lawrence Schlegel. I’m a life coach and energy guide. I do not diagnose or treat any medical or psychiatric conditions. Nor do I practice psychotherapy in the traditional sense.
My practice is focused on helping individuals self-actualize to the fullest extent possible. I help my clients understand the psychic blockages that are preventing them from living their best lives.
My approach is firmly grounded in the Eastern traditions. I am multi-modal, incorporating Pranic healing, Ayurveda, Creative Visualization, Grinberg Method, Samatha-vipassanā, Autogenic Training and Rosen Method.
But the through line of my practice is a holistic understanding of the individual as a powerful soul-force capable of great things when given the right tools.
I specialize in working with members of the LGBTQIA2SPIRIT and neurodivergent communities. My practice is a safe and supportive space where clients can express their needs and desires without judgement. I am trauma-informed and experienced working with historically marginalized populations.
I offer both in person appointments at my lakefront home office in Uptown or through Zoom.
